(Introduction)
What is the purpose of punishment? To teach and retrain a criminal not to commit crimes again. It means the punishment is not killing but rehabilitation.
(The First Reason)
The government strictly forbidden murder by individual. It is illogical for the state to kill person.
(The Second Reason)
The real victim is not criminal but workers in prison. In fact, they will kill the criminal. They have to endure the bitterness and pain of killing a person.
(The Third Reason)
Human makes mistakes. DNA examinations have revealed that innocent people had been sent to gallows. Once a person supported to have committed a crime was executed, there is nothing we can do for him.
(Conclusion)
We should do away with capital punishment. Instead, we should introduce a lifelong imprisonment.

殺人を法律で禁じている国家が、個人を殺害するのは論理的ではない。
本当の被害者は、死刑を執行させられる刑務所の職員だ。望んでもいない、人殺し体験を強制される。
人間は間違いを犯す。DNA検査でも、今までに無実の人が処刑台に送られてしまったことを示している。処刑されてしまったら、私たちには、冤罪を受けた人に対して何もすることができない。
結論として、死刑は廃止すべきである。
