②2次試験でのスピーチについて
１．1次試験の英作文と2次試験のスピーチの最大の違いは、「英作文は完成品を求められるが、スピーチでは、よりよい未完成品であれば合格できる」ということ。
つまり、2次試験の場合、なにより、メッセージ（自分がテーマに賛成か反対か、それはなぜか）が明確に伝えられることが大切です。
２．したがって、2次試験の場合、立場を言った後、まず理由を2つ(ないし3つ)羅列することをお勧めします。
これにより、どういう内容を語るのかの地図が聞き手の頭の中に描かれます。
I don’t think newspapers will stay in the near future, because of the following two reasons-newspapers are hard to read and expensive. Let me explain.
３．次に、できるだけ例を挙げて説明します。
First, newspapers are hard to read.
When we read newspapers?
Many people read them on the breakfast table or on the commuter train.
If you open such a big paper, you cannot talk with your wife or children.
Even though they do not tell you, but they don’t like that.
On the commuter train, I find a lot of people read them.
They tried to read articles on the whole page, so sometimes they bother people around them.
４．スピーチの場合、理由は2つ程度にしておくことをお勧めします。
これは、3つ話すのは、時間的にまずできないことと、それぞれの理由に対する説明が、短くなりすぎて散発的になってしまうという欠点があるからです。
